Good place to buy souvenirs and snacks. Too bad my time is limited so I wasn't able to explore. Tried this dessert thinking it's Cream Puff, but it's not. Tastes more like Karioka from my hometown. My fav buy would be the knitted tangerine doggy hat 🍊 love my dogs a lot 🥰 Be sure to visit the shops to get the best price for the items you want.

Interesting place if you want to experience a local market. A lot of fresh seafood stall operators offer dinning just behind their stall, where you can try some fresh sashimi. The market is divided into different sections where you can find fruits, seafood, dried products, meat etc for sale. There's also a small section of street food available, mainly operated by young entrepreneurs selling BBQ seafood, black pork, chicken etc. If you do not plan to eat here, an hour is sufficient to walk around.

What the blooming waste of time. Every lane every street sells the same thing .. frivolous jeju orange souvenirs and Jeju oranges. The street food selection was terrible and limited. Warning! I have taken a picture of what seems to be a USD2 bottle of Jeju orange juice commonly sold in foam boxes thoughout the market turns out to be FAKE instant orange juice you get out of a 7-11. I knew this because inoad USD 5 for the original one squeeze in front of me. Terrible waste of time and money.

Touristy place but a great place to get your souvenirs, the food street section is quite disappointing as it’s such a small section. Not to mention the many seafood restaurants that’s in this market, one look you would know that you will get chopped price wise. Kindly avoid these stalls. Overall kindly underwhelming as I expected a much bigger place with more varieties of stuffs to shop but left disappointed.

So glad we managed to come to this place for dinner! Small and cozy space managed by a very friendly lady (her English was pretty good) . The crabs were very fresh , ordered the female and also Jeju crab. Very well marinated and came with a lot of sides which made it filling. Thank you for the excellent service and amazing food!

Similar to some other markets we have been to in Korea, there was very repetitive stalls that sells the same stuff - from seafood to tangerines to meat and gifts, there’s not a whole lot of variety here. However, it’s still worth a visit if you have some time to spare in Jeju and would like to see the market.
