Disappointing Experience with the Staff
Unfortunately, my visit to this museum was not pleasant. It wasn't originally part of our plan—we just happened to walk in while passing by. At the entrance, we noticed some information displayed on a TV screen and wanted to take a moment to decide whether we were interested in purchasing tickets for the exhibition.
However, a staff member immediately approached us and began insisting that we buy tickets. I explained that we were just trying to look at the information first before making a decision, but the staff member continued to yell "ticket" repeatedly, making us feel very unwelcome and pressured.
This experience left us with the impression that the staff was not respectful or accommodating. We ultimately decided to leave without exploring the museum further.

Has a small gift shop if you want to buy some gifts items. Not a whole lot of items available though.
Amenities are good. All the various spots in the museum are wheelchair accessible.

There was a little English text, but it was always much shorter and simplified, compared to the Korean text. And often there would be no explanation when going from one theme to another.
