Amazing experience and one of my highlights in Jeju. We got lucky to come here while a jazz festival was happening so for the whole 3h of walking we got to listen to music. The village is nice , different from other cultural villages like the ones in Busan , Ulsan or Seoul. It's nice to see these "boring" constructions because, when you think of how old they are, and the tools they had while making them, your perception about them changes and they suddenly become way more impressive. Also at the ticket office you can get a map that has a stamp course on it as well so while walking through the park you can discover small stamp boxes and collect all 8 of them. I enjoyed and recommend to everybody to do the forest trail because of the amount of "guardians" which are small rock Statues each eitht different expression.

We had a great time here! Entry is only 10,000 won per adult and there was so much to see and learn (history, geology, culture, mythology). The whole area is beautiful to walk around and take in the serene landscapes. The park is huge so I’d advise to budget at least 3 hours. There is a recommended route on the park map but if you don’t want to do the whole thing, you can pick and choose what you want to do using the descriptions of each section (e.g. learning about volcanoes, exploring recreations of an ancient village, seeing art created by local artists, etc). Also, most of the outdoor walking is quite exposed so best to bring lots of water and sunscreen in the summer. There are a few cafes and gift shops throughout the park if you want to rest or get snacks.

Great place to walk around. Each statue tells of a story. It is a huge area and we can take buggy going round the whole place. But we decided to walk so that we can explore more. Very neat and clean place. We were lucky, since it's the last Wednesday of the month, we can enter the park for free. Beautiful view but it's a hot day too and they do not have any shelter. There's cafe, souvenir shop and drink shop in the vicinity. Ample carpark space outside. There's also a cafe near the carpark.

Jeju Stone Museum is a museum and ecological park which shows general and systemic stone culture of Jeju Island, the homeland of stones. The Jeju Stone Museum, Exhibition Hall for Jeju Stone Culture, and traditional thatched-roof house of Jeju Island took 7 years to complete. The park open on June 3, 2006. Construction at the park finished in February 2021, after 21 years. The Jeju Stone Museum is very big, since you will be able to see all the stone culture of Jejudo Island in one place, so it is good to have a relaxed schedule to enjoy it. There are 48 Dol Hareubang, a Stone Pagoda to repel evil forces and misfortunes, Jeongjuseok, which acted as the front door for Jeju houses since there were no thieves, and Dongjaseok, which was placed around the tomb to soothe the grief of the deceased, which shows the afterlife view of Jeju Island, are installed in the Outdoor Exhibition Space, and it is a natural and...

Various courses and museums are exhibited around stones. The characteristic of Stone Culture Park is that it is very wide. It is about an hour and a half walk around the course. After 4 o'clock, the stone museum will be closed to disinfect the corona 19 quarantine regulations. It is recommended to come before 4 o'clock. Only courses are available after 4 o'clock. The museum is not very important in the stone culture park, so omitting the museum will not be a big problem. The advantage is that you cannot use the museum after 4 o'clock, but you do not receive money. As you go along the course, you will see thatched houses on each course. Inside the thatched house, stones are displayed in a glass pavilion in the form of a museum, or a history image of stones is displayed. It also shows the importance of stones of old Jeju residents. There is a light that can be seen from Kosgil, and the shape of the light is made of characters that look like Dolhareubang. And at the end of the course, various stone generals with stone faces are listed. All of the stone generals are over 4 meters in size, so it feels very magnificent. The characteristics of the course are that it is all outdoor spaces and that it feels like you are climbing on a flatland while exploring the pool. Therefore, the scenery is very good in winter when it snows. It is highly recommended to come in winter. It's hot in summer and you won't see it right. In winter, it snows, so it's good to bring children. It is recommended to come when it snows. The parking lot is large, and there are two toilets in total, one on the course and one near the ticket office. The quarantine facilities are average. The Stone Cultural Park, built around stones, is a landscape that is hard to see except in Jeju Island. If you come to Jeju Island in winter, I recommend you...

I was excited to visit this place after reading the good reviews, but when I got there, there are only so many stones that one can look at, before they eventually just look like, a stone. In the indoor parts they’ve tried to vary up and segregate the different types of stones. But most stones have no description of where they are from, when the curators think they were formed, and so basically just staring at a stone. The total suggested time to visit this place is around 3 hours to see all the stones, but really, does one really want to spend 3 hours to see 30,000 stones? There are also sections which are like a geography class, and also a folk village, and a reflecting sky pond that you can walk in, but none felt very impressive. This place may be worth a visit if you’re running out of things to see in Jeju, but definitely not...
