its a simple guard house type information centre, the park ranger can speak a little English. Definitely a must to get a map, bukhansan trails can be confusing. Took three hours to reach the peak and back to the info centre at the max speed i can go. Started at 3pm and finished at 6pm. As a person who has done full length marathons and have climbed Mount Kinabalu, my advice is do not underestimate the potential danger and risk of injury in the advanced level path. There are 3 levels, beginner, medium and advanced. the advanced path can be very rocky and very steep in some sections.
