Very crowed cafe. It seems that local cafes have been closed and this Starbucks has taken all the advantages. What a shame. Relatively new building but less practical three floors without any elevator. Not customer friendly branch ever. I asked something like a korean ice dish(bingsu) but the staff asked me to try a terrible unique item. Bukhansan ice tea? Sour taste and a real big ice! Look at the photo. What tea? Yes. It has a big ice with a lemon slice. Nothing like a bingsu or slushy. This lemon water costs $9,000. It is very understandable why other branches do not sell this item. Additionally, there were too many rude, selfish, and senseless customers. Different from other Starbucks. Wasted...
Read morenot crazy crowded but have quite an amount of people i guess this is considered the most alright kind of crowd cos theres space at rooftop. not crazy hot day 12jul23. lots of locals and to be frank is weird to comment that they are really really really loud and non stop talking that "atmosphere" is difficult to enjoy compared to other countries' mountain etc views. the air con level is worst noise level than markets everyone talking and echoing goodness. so as much as the view is great, i wouldnt recommend as it is pretty noisy.
surprisingly the staff were pretty ok but yeah wrong order. no i didn't...

As a foreign visitor, Id say this is a great place to stop by when heading to bukhansan. However, this place is insanely crowded. Even on a weekday afternoon, we had to wait to enter the parking. Also entering the store, we had to scavenge for available seats. Also, I noticed menu prices were slightly more expensive. There was an exclusive Bukhansan starbucks menu, which was around $8.50, which was an earl grey lemon ice tea. Would...
