Overall I had a really lovely experience at Fleur Jardin.

Upon entry, I was checked in and provided a welcome tea and snack, and then ushered into the skin analysis room. This was cool! It was very eye-opening and educational. I had selected a bunch of possible services that sounded cool, but the experts suggested only what they thought was necessary. I truly appreciated that because it shows they aren’t providing services “just because”; they are providing services that will actually benefit the client.

After a few minutes, I was taken into the treatment room. The beds are quite comfy and the blanket they provide is fluffy. The aesthetician was welcoming and very kind and checked in during the treatment. In the beginning, she asked if I would prefer her to say what she was doing each step or not say anything at all, and while I was thinking she suggested going through the treatments now before starting and I chose that option. I appreciated this so I knew what the treatment plan was but wasn’t “interrupted” during the session. My treatment consisted of the garden spa facial with an astrodome and LDM.

My skin looked and felt great afterward! Moisturized, glowy, and clean. They offered a different tea and snack after my treatment and brought out the products they recommended. I purchased one of the creams and love it. I will come back on my next trip to Seoul.

I’ve thought about how to rate my experience for weeks because I enjoyed my service, but feel it is necessary to manage expectations. The reason I’m rating 4 out of 5: in their social media posts, they feature a scalp, face, neck and shoulder massage as part of the facials. I did not receive this and was pretty bummed. An additional small note that the treatment rooms are 2 clients per, which is not shown in social media posts. This was not a big deal to me, but be aware as I don’t see anyone mention this. There is a sheer curtain in between the 2 beds in the treatment room. I didn’t feel disturbed or exposed by this, everyone is engulfed in their own treatment. They do provide a locker for each client to place belongings. It felt like the aesthetician was juggling both of us in the room at once, but it seemed the facials were timed appropriately so my treatment didn’t feel...

I visited Fleur Jardin with my family for a facial consultation, expecting a professional skin analysis and personalized skincare guidance. Unfortunately, the entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and felt like a total waste of money.

During my consultation, I was told I had some loss of elasticity, what age my skin seemed like, and that I needed to use toner, serum, and sunscreen which is basic information I already knew without needing a consultation. Then, the staff recommended “air lifting” for me and “OxyGlow lifting laser” for my mom, but later returned to say the specialist had actually recommended the opposite treatments for each of us. This left me wondering if I wasn’t speaking to the specialist during the consultation, who was I speaking to? The front desk? An assistant? If I’m paying for a skin consultation, I expect to speak with the actual expert, not be passed off to someone else.

The confusion didn’t stop there. Once my mom and I were already prepped and the cleansing started, the technician told me I’d hear a loud sound which I remembered was part of the air lifting (the treatment meant for my mom). I had to stop her and explain the mistake. She called back the girl from the consultation, and I had to remind her that she had switched the treatments for us. This same exact mistake happened with my dad and partner as well. That’s four people and they got the treatments mixed up for all of us.

To make it worse, none of us received a list of what toners or skincare products to use based on our analysis which is supposedly part of the service. The only thing we were shown were the products the spa sells, with zero customization or recommendations.

To top it off, a staff member had an attitude toward my partner and rushed him out of the treatment room, saying they had other clients waiting. It felt rushed, unprofessional, and completely impersonal.

Bottom line: this place is a mess. You don’t even speak to a real skincare specialist during the consultation, the treatment assignments were wrong, and we left with no skincare guidance. Do yourself a favor and save your money use toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen at home instead.

The ladies that did our skin care were nice, not their fault they just...

Note: The 5/5 ratings are likely influenced by the fact that, before leaving, clients are encouraged to leave a review in exchange for free product samples, small incentives that don’t really cost the spa much.

I have just had a skincare treatment at Fleur Jardin, where the session began with a detailed skin examination followed by a personalized treatment recommendation. I opted for the Garden Spa combined with the LDM treatment, which lasted ONLY 50 minutes ( for 220000 KRW).

While I can’t speak to the long-term results of the treatment just yet as I’m not a skincare expert and only just completed it, I can say that the products used seemed to be of good quality.

That said, I found the treatment itself quite basic. The cleaning was not thorough, they didn’t remove blackheads from my face and completely neglected the neck area, which was disappointing.

Another downside was the atmosphere. The place was quite noisy, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the experience, something I usually look for in a spa setting.

The total cost was 220,000 KRW, and while I’m not entirely sure how that compares to typical pricing in Korea, it felt quite expensive given the overall experience. You can definitely find other skincare clinics in Korea that offer more complete and satisfying treatments at a lower price.

Overall, I appreciated the professional approach to skin analysis and the use of quality products ( maybe), but the actual treatment felt underwhelming, the ambiance needs improvement, and the value for money just...

I visited Fleur Jardin to try a Korean skincare treatment, and it was a great experience! I booked through Instagram, but initially, I couldn’t find a reservation time that worked for this trip. Luckily, the staff messaged me the next day to let me know a time slot had opened up, so I took it. Getting there was simple, and if you're in the area for a haircut, it's also close to Eco Jardin. Upon arrival, I was welcomed right away. You remove your shoes at the entrance, and slippers are provided in a cabinet. They immediately served hot tea and a couple of snacks. The first step was a skin analysis, which they email to you afterward. The technician asked if she could be frank about my results, which I found funny—I already knew my skin was too dry! The analysis was insightful, and I hope it helps me build better habits when I return home. I did have to wait a few times before my treatment actually started, but at least I was able to rest in the treatment room on the bed. The technician was very nice, though the beginning of the session felt a bit rushed, likely because they were running behind schedule. They also offer to take pictures for you during the session if you leave your phone near your pillow, which is a thoughtful option. Overall, I left feeling refreshed and more informed about my skin. I’m excited to start a skincare routine that truly fits me!

I recently had a pore facial treatment at Seoulistique Skin Clinical, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, calming, and professional — exactly what you'd hope for in a skin care clinic. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, explaining every step of the treatment and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The facial itself was thorough — gentle yet effective. My pores felt cleaned out, my skin felt refreshed, and I left with a noticeable glow. What I appreciated most was how personalized the treatment felt. They really focused on what my skin needed, and didn’t rush anything. My skin has looked clearer, smoother, and more refined ever since. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with clogged pores, dull skin, or just looking to level up their skincare routine. Can’t wait to come back for my next session! 💆‍♀️💖

This place is wonderful! I came here to check my skin after lots of traveling (I love outdoors and spend a lot of time on a sun). They took photos and analyzed hydration, elasticity, UV damage, etc of my skin, which was quite impressive- beauty salons in other countries are not that advanced. I was recommended micro needling alongside with aqua scaling and other treatments. Everything went smooth, and I almost fell asleep because it was so relaxing. I was a bit worried about pain, but I didn’t even notice the needles. After the calming mask my skin wasn’t red at all (maybe a tiny bit like after exercising). I got recommendations on what type of skincare I need and how to use it. It was very helpful because I was about to buy products in Olive Young that were not even suitable for me. I had great time. Fleur Jardín has such a high rating on Google, and the totally deserve it. 🥰
