Dipirang is a night walking course filled with various lights. Of course, you should pay some fee for entrance. Frankly speaking, I was disappointed and couldn't recommend you to visit Dipirang. I have gone to the Lunafall in Jeju, South Korea. In comparison with Lunafall, Dipirang's lights was very simple and especially downtown's lights of Tongyoung interfered our night sightseeing.
