The Ocean Resort — Attraction in Yeosu-si

As the outdoor facility is yet open, only visited the indoor during the weekend.

Good Great facility Friendly staff

Bad Unsafe slippery floor No family friendly facility for change/shower. It is located through the Male/Female change/Shower. There is no soap, towels and even lights are not working.

Lack of Food facility and expensive price. I do understand the policy of no outside food. Also, understand the facility was not maintained due to the COVID restriction for last 2 years. If the management of facility wants to keep the food policy, they need to try the food they are selling. It's rubbish quality. I am happy to pay 3-4 times expensive food/drinks. But at least provide the quality food to the customers. So people can enjoy the food with expensive price. The food is rubbish, and price is high. It's current situation...

My son and I went to Ocean World Water Park. The lifeguards made me buy a $25 baseball cap to get in the pool. They also said we couldn't use any of the attractions without a lifejacket. I can understand the lifejacket rental. Yet, how many people come to a waterpark with their own lifejackets? So $53 at the park gate, but it's impossible to use anything once you're in unless you drop another $70 in merchandise to use the attractions? Isn't that an issue of merchantability or piggybacking charges? The park sells tickets to attractions which can't be used unless undisclosed fees are paid after entry? Hmmm. Also the admissions prices are based on temperature!!! The hotter the temp, the higher the price! That may not be illegal, but it's...

★★★락카에 카드지갑을 넣어뒀는데 통채로 분실되었다

수영복 반납을 하려는데 마감시간 넘었다고 보증금을 돌려주지 못한다는 표지판만 남겨놓고 셔터 내리고 직원은 퇴근했다 ( 일찍 나왔으나 카드분실로 인해 시간이 지연되었다)

-★★★음식물 반입이 안된다하여 냉장보관을 시켰는데 맡겨둔 물품들을 출입구에 다 보이도록 펼쳐놓고(물품봉지에 이름표가 붙어있었다) 다른사람이 집어가도록 방치했으며 직원에게 물품반환을 요청했더니 가족이 가져가져갔다고 우겼다 하지만 우리가족 얼굴을 대면하더니 당황하면서 '어 아니네요' 했다. 그리고는 정확한 이름을 대고 가져갔다고 했다 ( 펼쳐놨으니 읽었지! 이사람아 )
