It’s not as crowded as the main Alicante beach and Playa San Juan. Less people, less noise. More palm trees and more calm vibes. The water however around end of August was very dirty from a lot of sand and algae. Probably something to do with the fact that the beach is so calm and almost has no waves. There are also no restaurants, beach bars and activities such as jet skiing or paddle boarding which is fine - it contributes to the calm atmosphere.
