Having run the Barcelona marathon on Sunday (now Tuesday) I moved to stay in Castelldefels for a few days of R&R. This morning decided to have a massage so WhatsApp'd these guys, and received a response within 30 minutes with available times. All was agreed quickly and smoothly for a 15:00 appointment. The massage was focussed on my legs (for obvious reasons), and really hit the mark. I was so pleased with the massage I was eager to extend by 30 minutes for a bit of upper body. I was really happy getting an appointment on the same day since I needed help for back injury. Sara was really nice and made great effort to understand my needs even though I don’t speak Spanish (but English) She took time analysing my body and massaged as well as looked for trigger points for the origins of my pain. Me recomendaron este centro y acudí por una lesión en el hombro y no puedo estar más encantada. El fisio que me trata es Matteo Gianotti y es una maravilla, tanto que mi madre y mi hermano que se quejaban de la espalda ahora van con él de forma regular y están encantados.

El centro es muy bonito y está limpio que es lo importante. Son siempre muy puntuales y el chico de recepción es un encanto… sólo espero que no te confundas entrando al centro que hay justo en frente (ojo que lo digo porque no serás la primera/o que le pase 😅). Ah! Además, el precio es muy competitivo. No lo quiero decir muy alto para que no lo suban pero es la verdad. Hay sitios que no son fisio y tienen precio 20-30% superior.
