When we arrived, the table was still dirty and no one came to clean it or take our order. Every table around us received service while we continued to wait. After 15 minutes, I raised my hand to finally get someone’s attention. The waiter cleaned the table but did not set it properly for dinner, and even then he chose to serve another table that arrived ten minutes after us before returning to help us. When he asked for our drink order, which was just a coffee and an iced tea, he had to ask twice and still managed to bring the wrong drinks. We waited again for the correct order. After receiving the menus, we sat for another thirty minutes with no one checking on us, no one setting the table, and no one taking our food order. By that point, we had been sitting for 45 minutes without proper service. We eventually decided to leave, but we could not even get anyone’s attention to pay for the two drinks. There are six or more staff to serve you a cool 🍺 or 🍷 some are well versed in various languages. Please Note that it can be very busy because of its location and best to book but if you don't get a table there are a further six restaurants within a few steps but they may not have such colourful tables to enjoy your meal and unless you choose the correct one you may have to deal with passing 🚲 or barking 🐕 which can ruin your experience.
