Parque Forestal Los Tres Jardines — Attraction in Marbella

Grattitude to the ajuntament/council for providing a beautiful green space free of charge in a built up area. Typical of Spain....sorry...but true...there is rubbish basura dotted around the beautiful greenery. However, it is a spacious and beautiful park with 2 toilet blocks and a cafe...can't comment on cafe because didn't use but toilets clean The park is open from 8.00am-11.30pm....may close earlier in winter. There are various exit/entrances...possibly 3? There is a specific fenced area to exercise dogs with a water tap. There is a sign at one entrance...the nearest one to park large vehicles, that says no dogs...but ok to walk through on lead/leash to the dog park area, however, upon doing so, and also wanting to use toilets for myself ( obviously I'm not going to leave my dog in the dog area alone) I was shouted at by a council worker. He preceded to tell me...whilst eating his sandwiches on a picnic bench...and not attending to the rubbish amongst the plants.....that the police would be called because I walk my dog through the park. I tried to explain I was going to the toilets, and also because I had a larger vehicle, that my vehicle was parked on the other side of the park....but he just continued to talk over me...I explain that I have bolsitas in case of my dog not being able to wait...but he no listen. Also let it be noted...to arrive at the nearest gate to the dog park area...you must walk through lots of traffic and possibly a road bridge...if your dog is afraid of traffic...it is not the best way. Ok...my review should be about the park....so I say with grattitude the park is good, it has areas for barbecues and lots of area for children to play, also play equipment and there is a pond with tortuga and ducks. I reccomend the park...but be careful if you have your dog, because of the nasty peson who does not get paid more for harassment,...

The park itself is vas. Parte Arabe is beautiful with lots of flowers and different trees. And there are a lot of pathways. You could spend a lot of time there. It's quiet, not many people there but I was there before noon. Parte forestall is a different story. It looks as if it's been long forgotten, almost empty, I'm surprised why it gets the name. The used to be a small pool there, now it's dry and full of dry leaves in It. There are two playgrounds there. One is totally ruined. Everything is broken with parts of it scattered on the ground. Good example of really bad vandalism. No one ever bothered fixing it because it was beyond repair. The other playground is nice and bigger. There is also a...

El Parque de perros es colindante a éstos. Pero Todo el cuidado de mantenimiento se va en Los Tres Jardines. Me parece muy acertado que lo cuiden y controlen. Sin embargo el parque de perros es una vergüenza como está de descuidado y mal estructurado. Es pequeño y no por falta de terreno, ya que que hay una zona con una alberca de agua sucia y descuidada, que podrían añadirla al parque de perros. En la zona existente los perritos pequeños tendrían sitio de sobra, pero hay también perros medianos y grandes a los que les falta espacio. Estaría bien que la zona de entrenamiento estuviera disponible sin que se mezclen todos. Mi perro no entrena, es muy grande, de los llamados gigantes. Muy noble y cariñoso con todos los perros y personas. Pero los perros grandes necesitan espacio para correr y no tener que saltar por encima de otros. Muchas veces está el agua cortada por avería o vete a saber porqué. No pisan el sitio los jardineros ni el servicio de limpieza. Aunque los amos quitemos las cacas de nuestros perros, sería necesaria una limpieza profesional de vez en cuando ¿Una vez a la semana? Igual que en los sitios para humanos, no es suficiente unas papeleras. Se necesita un mantenimiento. El Ayuntamiento no tiene en cuenta que al parque de perros vamos con ellos los humanos adultos y niños. Que ése descuido nos...
