KING RAMEN SAN PEDRO DE ALCÁNTARA — Restaurant in Marbella

First of all the Ramen & Sushi are delicious. It's fresh quality, good ingredients and one can taste it. So their core experience is 5 stars, but the desert we tried (Fresitas del bosque/forest strawberries) was the only negative experience (it's an ice cream which isn't written on the menu, and there were 3 single strawberries as opposed to the 20 on the picture). Because the core food (Ramen & Sushi) is great it deserves 5* for food with the desert being a small adjustment (specifying on menu it's an ice cream).

The service is 4* because it wasn't perfect service (a bit slow at times), which can be understood since it's a new restaurant, but giving it 5* would be unjustified.

Atmosphere 5* because the location is convenient and the owner is very pleasant and seems to care about the future of his restaurant.

We look forward to a great many meals...

Came hoping to find a decent ramen in Marbella but unfortutunately its not here.Noodles were decent but not many, the soup was not very favourfull, chasu wasnt chasu ,just grilled panceta and the egg was grilled rather than soft boiled and marinated.Staff was friendly but a bit slow,in thei deffense the place was full and its fairly new.Only had ramen and a couple entrees so I cannot comment on the sushi.If you never had good ramen before the place is colourfull and lively but if you are looking for a semi authentic experience this is unfortunately...

Fuimos a este nuevo restaurante con muchas ganas de probarlo. Llegamos sin reserva y, aunque estaba bastante lleno, nos atendieron y sentaron con relativa rapidez. Sin embargo, el servicio fue algo caótico. Tardaron bastante en tomar nuestra comanda y, aunque la comida estaba bien, nada extraordinario, se olvidaron de apuntar uno de los platos. Nos dimos cuenta bastante tarde y, para entonces, ya habíamos perdido un poco el apetito.

El personal, aunque amable, se veía desbordado, y las camareras parecían ir de un lado a otro a toda prisa, duplicando tareas. Entendemos que es un restaurante nuevo y que están ajustando detalles, pero si no mejoran en organización, puede convertirse en un problema a largo plazo.

En cuanto al ambiente, la decoración es atractiva, aunque no termina de armonizar con la música ni con el mobiliario, que tiene un toque más clásico. Los precios están en la gama medio-alta, pero la relación calidad-precio podría mejorarse. Un detalle que no nos gustó es que, al pagar, no aplicaron el descuento del 15% que promocionan en sus redes sociales, lo que añade un punto negativo a la experiencia.

En definitiva, esperamos que puedan pulir estos aspectos, ya que tienen potencial, pero necesitan organizarse mejor para que la experiencia sea positiva de...
