Purchased a spa from Anja recently. Everything about the transaction was simple and easy. I engaged nearly 3 months ago and Anja patiently answered questions without ever pushing for a decision. We even arranged for a private video tour of the products via Whatsapp. I thought I knew which one I wanted, but the tour helped me make the best decision for me. Delivery could not have gone any better. The crew was on time, and worked through a torrential downpour. The crane operator was efficient and they respected the property I live on. The crew members were superbly professional and cordial. They took the time to walk me through all of the products, demonstrated proper water testing and hot tub maintenance and made the experience a pleasure. The product is of high quality and American made. So far, everything has worked perfectly and it has been a nice addition to our COVID sanctuary. The steps are additional $ but i think they are worth it. The cover lift system is easy to use and I consider it a must. The controls are easy to navigate. The filter location is not obtrusive and is easy to access. The system came with a maintenance supply starter kit but i opted to buy additional supplies. The supplies were reasonably priced and readily available by the delivery crew. Excellent from start to finish. A great show room with lots to see for all budgets. Some of the demo spas are fully running which is helpful when viewing features. The sales staff who we spoke with were very knowledgable and were able to answer our questions well. They did push a little to get the sale, but not too much and were very respectful. Installation to our 3rd floor roof terrace was quick and smooth and everything was very well expained on site. The hot tub we choose is really excellent. Having owned various models of the HotSpring spas over the past 20yrs my wife and I are familiar with the quality of spa that HotSprings has to offer. After moving to Spain we decided to continue the tradition of owning a HotSpring spa, we spoke to Anja and started to get the ball rolling on purchasing a spa.
