Platja d'Oliva — Attraction in Oliva

Family oriented blue flag beach with predominantly Spanish holidaymakers. The kilometers long fine white sandy beaches feel like silk to the skin and on a less windy day the Mediterrenean waters are clear and fairly shallow for the first 30 meters. Not that you will see much other than the occassional lost fish, as the waters are barren -like an underwater desert. Fabulous Beach This is a family friendly beach, mostly used by Spanish people. It is a blue flag beach. It is one of the longest along this coast and the sand is great. Beautiful water very clear and fairly shallow. It does not have that much in terms of amenities, but still remains one of my favorite. You need to bring all your stuff though, like parasol, food in an ice box, etc. But...

Lovely beach but probably( you see it all over the place and it’s not nice) because people aren’t picking up their dog poo no animals are allowed on the beach between June and October. This wasn’t the case the last time we were here. Very disappointing. Why don’t the police just ensure people pick up their animals’ mess or fine them big time. This would help clean up the...
