Esquinzo Beach — Attraction in Pájara

Esquinzo Beach was one of the best sandy beaches we visited on the island, with big waves perfect for fun or surfing. We followed Google Maps but ended up about 100m above the beach, check the photo I shared for the correct/easy path. The road I show on the map isn’t asphalt, but it’s easy to drive. Hallo, wir waren vom 27.12 bis 07.01 in diesem Hotel. Das gute zuerst, das Wetter war super,das Zimmer ordentlich. Da überwiegend Deutsche Gäste vor Ort waren, ist fremdschämen angesagt.Die Überwinterer tuen so als wären sie zu Hause. Nun zum Wesentlichen ,das Essen ist Durchschnitt, meistens Lauwarm.Schlangestehen ist angesagt.Leider muß man Hygienetechnich manchmal großzügig sein.Tische auf der Außenterrasse sind begrenzt, auch da muß man ein wenig geduldig sein. Die Anlage ist für uns zu groß und die Lage ist nicht als ruhig zu bezeichnen, da sie genau an der Straße zum Supermarkt und Strand liegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht , aber man hat den Eindruck das es nur ein Abfertigen ist. Die Anlage ist auf Grund ihrer Größe weitläufig. Ein Abnteuer sind die Aufzüge, sie schaukeln und hängen manchmal durch. Heute habe ich den Weg zum Strand ca.8 min.gewagt, für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung wird es schwierig,der Weg ist steil .es gibt einen Bus,aber wie nah der an den Strand fährt, kann ich nicht sagen. Not the best beach on the island but the standard is so high. 27 degrees today with a slight breeze on 24th October. Lots of naturists rubbing along quite happily with those that dont. Lots of waves so not so safe for small children. No obvious men only areas which is often the case if thats your thing. Predominantly German...
