DANGEROUS! Please be careful if you go to this place! One bad fall on the trampoline my BONE BROKEthrough the skin in my ankle, I had to undergo several different serious surgeries. Have screws places in my foot. Im a healthy 25 year old: yoga instructor, black belt in Taekwondo, professional dancer and have been told that I will NEVER be able to run, jump or do high impact sports again. This has ruined my entire career and future. Please be careful - this is NOT just a ONE OFF in the hospital I was informed that they have had so many people rushed to the EMERGENCIES from this place, children and adults alike. This injury was not the fault of company as they state in their security video to not jump on the same trampoline, which was the cause of the injury. But when you see everyone doing the same thing and you’ve also done it many times before and nothing happened, until one day one bad thing does. Please, please, please listen carefully to the security video and follow every single rule there, I hope they will improve this aspect so that teenagers and adults will open their eyes more...
Read moreMy child attended kids birthday party (jump time 1 hour). As Dec its cold inside for those waiting while kids jump as big warehouse style building no heating it seemed. Basic bar, normal prices but snacking style food only. Lockers for kids shoes and coats etc was free. My 7yo loved it. Parking outside available. To arrive you might have to go around the roundabout to motorway as you can't cross double lanes to get into the street. As I arrived peak time of 5pm this meant a delay to get into street as lots of traffic. Meant we were Kate for start time of organised time for the party. Allow time for the...
Read moreI visited Jump Palma with my kid and we had a great time. It’s a big trampoline place where kids can jump and burn off some energy, and the place is nice and air-conditioned. Jump sessions start every hour, like from 5 to 6 or 6 to 7, and it costs €10 for one hour. You do need to buy their special socks for €2.50. There’s also a very small arcade area and a small bar where parents can grab a coffee or drink while waiting, they have light snacks and chocolate. The staff are really nice, helpful, and always wearing a smile. Overall, a good spot in Palma if you want your kid to have fun and let...
