A Deeply Disappointing and Unpleasant Experience
I don’t typically like to write negative reviews, but after visiting this buffet restaurant, I felt compelled to share my experience in full detail to help others avoid the same disappointment.
Food Quality – Extremely Poor The overall quality of the food was shockingly low. Most of the dishes were either lukewarm or cold, overly greasy, and tasted stale. The supposed variety of meats and fish was misleading—every protein option we tried had the unmistakable texture and blandness of being frozen, then poorly reheated. The fish was dry and flavorless, and the meat was tough and clearly not fresh. Even the vegetables were limp and oily, which is unacceptable for a buffet that claims to serve freshly prepared food.
Hygiene – Alarming Conditions The hygiene standards were visibly lacking. Parts of the plancha kitchen were visible from the dining area, and what we saw was disturbing: food debris on the floors, dirty counters, and no sign of regular cleaning or sanitary practices. It didn’t inspire any confidence in the cleanliness of the food being served. Plates and cutlery also didn’t appear properly cleaned—some had smudges and residue that should have been caught during washing. Unprofessional and Rude Service One of the key attractions of these buffet-style restaurants is usually the grill station, where food is cooked to order. Unfortunately, this experience was completely ruined by the chef stationed there. He was outright rude, didn’t greet or acknowledge customers, and acted visibly annoyed when anyone made a request. His behavior was dismissive and unprofessional, making what should have been an enjoyable interaction feel uncomfortable and awkward.
Customer Service – Dishonest Billing Practices To make matters worse, we were shocked to discover that the restaurant charged 6-year-old child the full adult price.
Conclusion – Strongly Not Recommended This restaurant fails on all counts—food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and honest business practices. There was nothing enjoyable about the meal, and we left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and frankly a little nauseated. There are many far better dining options, even at similar price points, that respect their customers and maintain basic standards of quality and cleanliness. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place entirely. It’s not worth your time, money, or risk to...
Read moreGreat buffet destination in Mallorca with a fantastic grill station and a wide selection of seafood options including the usual meat.
You can also get American style meats done on charcoal at the grill station which I tried and was not bad at all with loads of smoke flavour.
For the no meat eaters, you will be happy with the various veggie options. And sushi station is extensive but not tried it to be honest so cannot speak on that.
The grill chef is so good we went back for more

Read moreGood experience. Price is comparatively cheap. Buffet costs 13.50€. Drinks costs also relatively cheaper too. Dessert item was super tasty specially the fruit items. Crabs tastes awesome. Not all the items are tasty may be you have to be a little bit careful. Service persons behaved really good as they tried their best. Only problem is 1/2 person can speak English. Everyone else Spanish. So you can expect some confusion while eating if you are not careful enough. I put a bite on pork fried item even though I have tried to avoid all the meat there. Squids, Salmon tasted below average. Overall...
