It has a potential to be a beautiful place, but it lacks proper care. It is completely new, but unfortunately it lacks a pedestrian path to arrive, you need to walk in a road... In the building the signage is very bad: it is not clear where are the toilets, where is the entrance to the atrium, where is the exhibition. The huge sliding door to the toilets are very hard to open. There is huge graphics on the glass so you dont see the nature outside in the atrium - completely killing the architectural concept. Kinda tricky to get here, we thought we’d be able to get tickets to visit Cueva del Castillo and the last two tickets were sold in front of us. The staff had a weird posture and a poker face, and did not make any effort whatsoever to show sympathy or try to find us a solution or alternative. Not a good experience. I would recommend buying online tickets to visit these caves in advance, but the website is very bad and outdated, I would not trust it to...
