Whether you have a love for geology, Caving, History, Spelunking or just having a great morning or afternoon out, then this is the place for you. You could even use this place as a sanctuary in very hot weather, one of the things for which this area is famous, as the even underground temperature makes one feel very comfortable. I will admit that I need to revisit as I had young grandkids with me on this visit. They loved it, but they were interested in things that weren't particularly compelling to me. As a pensioner with a Son in law and two kids under 7 in tow, the cost was just below 20 Euros and well worth every cent. As I say, I will re visit in the future when I've had a chance to return and really spend time getting to grips with all aspects of ancient underground formations. The only thing I thought needed more development was the Visitors Souvenirs Shop offerings... If one could call it a shop. I don't think I'm being unfair here, see what you think. I think a well run shop could bring in plenty of revenue for this very unique (yes, I mean...

Difficult one this one!, I'm not really into history, however our daughter booked this trip up for 4 of us to go to. Our daughter and her husband (mid 30's, my wife and myself 61). We aren't particularly fit, but when we arrived we were the only 4 people booked!, we were given a hard hat with a miners type light on, and we were led to, basically a hole in a park with a steel grid over it. This was unlocked and opened and we were instructed to climb down a 4 mtr vertical ladder into a pitch black hole in the ground!. Then when you reach the bottom you are virtually crawling on your hands and knees through a tunnel into a larger caven, then onto more ladders and so on. Eventually you are in a caven lit purely by your head lamp to be given a history of the cave! If I'm honest I found it quite boring as I'm not into history. That over with we went on a bit further and another lecture, then it's a return journey to get out. We all managed it, my wife struggled a bit but we achieved it. Not a trip for the faint hearted, nor for the...

Definitely worth a Visit

Cuevas Del Tesoro - it’s a beautiful Cave located in Rincòn de la Victoria, easy to find with a big, covered Parking Space just in front of the Caves (perfect for hot summer days).

The Entry is under 5€ / Adults, during week days you can enter easily without waiting in line (on Weekends you probably might get your Tickets online). There is even an elevator (if you might have a hard time with stairs as there are a lot of them to reach the bottom of the Caves). No Guide needed. You can walk around at your own pace and explore the Beauty of the Caves. The Scenery with the Water, the naturally shaped Rocks and the Lights is breathtaking. Enjoy...

Exploring caves is always a good opportunity to discover hidden activities of mother nature. This is one of these caves. Its subteranian maze with intricate stone scuptured carved by water over hundred of years, made this underground experience unique. Each chamber opens up with rock formations that have intricates embroideries on them. The cave has been additionally added stairs for easy access. The temperature was pleasant. The centre piece is a water collection illuminated to create some visual effects. The whole tour lasted 30 min with pictures included. It's worth dowloading the audio guide to have the full educational experience.
