This is a pebble beach with toilet and shower facilities and wheel chair access to shaded decking. On my Saturday visit in mid October, it was 27 degrees and the water was clear. The beach was clean (much cleaner that Castell de Ferro where I was staying). No dog poo here! Snorkelling around the rock, separating this beach from the main Salobrena beach, was great - hundreds of fish to be seen. The promenade was quiet (Saturday out of high season) but open for business with most restaurants open and doing good trade. Wonderful background of atop the cliff...

Went there for snorkeling but there was only sand! For snorkling or scuba diving you MUST get a boat. Otherwise all good. The water in August is still a bit cold. There are better beaches. The picture you see is taken in the middle of August and its cloudy. You have a lot of sun too but the water was not warm enough ...at...

Soy malagueño pero la costa de Granada y la costa este de Málaga son mi perdición pero he de decir que Salobreña para mí es un sitio fantástico y quizás está playa del Peñón para ir a lo que es playa sería para mí de las más recomendables para cualquiera ya que tiene un poco de todo y tiene un atractivo especial además debo reconocer que lo han arreglado muy bonito los franceses son buenos y aún están terminando mejoras que hacen que este sitio sea digno de visitar además el Peñón es impresionante cuando subes y ves las alturas y las caídas y hay que decir que hay mucha fauna es bueno para bucear puedes ver peces puedes pescar puedes hacer prácticamente de todo 100%...

La playa de la Guardia junto al Peñón es uno de los puntos de buceo en apnea de Salobreña. Alrededor del peñón tienes grutas y cavidades en el roqueo. Podrás ver muchos bancos de peces sargos, obladas y salemas asi como pejeverdes, princesas, burritos etc. Puedes acceder desde la misma 🏖️ Tienes aparcamientos cerca y una amplia variedad de chiringuitos donde comer. La playa está vigilada. Si buceas en el peñón y te acercas a las grutas y cavidades del acantilado ten cuidado con las corrientes y mareas. Se puede practicar snorkeling con cuidado, no es aconsejable acercarse a las piedras, sin traje de neopreno. Es playa de chinos y piedras así que cangrejeras al canto.
