We like La Mata. Lots of places to eat, beech bars, long Sandy clean beeches, lovely blue sea. Wide clean boardwalks to stroll along. And best of all like just about everywhere in this area FREE PARKING. Coming from a tourist dependant area of the UK why is it in Spain you have all theses great amenities and free parking where as where I live the coast path is in disrepair and overgrown and you have to pay to park 365 days of the year. We could learn a lot from this area on how to attract people...

Penned in spaces covid. Nice beach but at this time you are restricted to roped off squares right next to each other. Having been to Guardamar beach and this not being imposed i really feel it unnecessary as you are unnaturally closer than you woyld be on a normal day at the beach. Saying this, still a nice place to go and further to the tower the beach is wider and you can set up behind these roped areas for more space.
