Valkyria — Attraction in Göteborgs Stad

Valkyria is the very definition of "height doesn't matter" when it comes to roller coasters, because whilst this might not have a drop as large as other dive machines out there like SheiKra for example, it does however have undoubtedly the best layout of one of these coasters I have ever ridden.

This ride has a forceful vertical drop, it is shockingly fast for a dive machine, has a nice long layout and most of all, it's soooooo smooth! Seriously, this is probably the smoothest coaster I have ever ridden.

If you visit Liseberg, do not underestimate this coaster and think it will be another forceless European dive machine like Krake or Baron 1898. This thing has more going for it than you would think, it looks visually stunning, the music gives you goosebumps and the vest restraints are very forgiving unlike the older generation ones like on Valravn.

Amazing time!! Went particularly for the Christmas market/ jubilee but it was the rides I’ll remember most!!

It looks extremely terrible but not at all as it really is in fact! I personally feel that the most scary moment is when the car goes uphill and hangs on the highest point; it takes about 3 seconds, which is the most tough time, to wait. However, when it rapidly falls down, you will find that it is not actually long and high, and it is so fast that you barely have time to scream out lol 😂.
