Bergs Bistro — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

Burgs Bistro in Lesbury is a lovely little café that we recently visited, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. It is a small but well-arranged spot right in the center of the town, which makes it very convenient to reach. The café has a surprisingly wide variety of vegetarian dishes, which is refreshing because not every place in this area offers so many options for people who prefer vegetarian meals. While the menu is not extremely large, it has just the right balance and enough choices to satisfy most visitors.

The atmosphere inside is cozy and welcoming, with a relaxed environment that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, which really added to the positive impression. Good customer service is something I always value, and Burgs Bistro did well in this regard.

We came during the Halloween season, and the café was nicely decorated to fit the occasion. It was also easy to find a place to sit, and outside there was a truck playing music and creating a lively vibe. However, I would not say this place is particularly child-friendly, since the menu doesn’t really offer much for kids apart from fries. That might be something to keep in mind for families.

WORST MEAL OF MY LIFE!!!!! This one Star does not reflect on neither service or the food there, I would give it a minus if I could and were they not placed in Liseberg they would go bankrupt and they should. I’m sorry to say... Ordered their shellfish soup and a vegetarian baked potato with soy meat in curry and paid then extra 20kr for salad and extra stuffing in the potato. The shellfish were seriously not eatable and whether it was because it had been cooking all day and therefore was SO salty or what I do not know. The scrimps and mussels were almost cold as the vegetables squares in it. The parley were like a handful of grass on top and dirty. All not to matter because the soup itself were like soya. My partners potato were ice cold as the fillings and the salad were super sour... Neither of us could finish our meals and the Pepsi max soda machine was broken and gave way too much syrup and when mentioned to the staff they ignored us twice!!!!

Never ever again even if I was paid to do it!!! And I’m able to eat...

I rarely give 1 star reviews, this is however an exception. The wait was never ending, mind you the place was far from crowded.
