I recently visited Bergianska Trädgården and had an absolutely wonderful time exploring the gardens and greenhouses. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Big Green House and Victoriahuset.

The Big Green House is a marvel of botanical diversity. Walking through its various sections, I was captivated by the lush, vibrant plants from different climatic zones. Each area is meticulously curated, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in tropical, subtropical, and Mediterranean environments. The attention to detail and the variety of species on display are truly impressive.

Victoriahuset, home to the giant water lilies, is another must-see. The sight of these enormous, majestic lilies floating serenely in their pond is breathtaking. The greenhouse's serene atmosphere, combined with the unique beauty of the Victoria water lilies, creates a tranquil and almost magical experience.

Overall, Bergianska Trädgården offers a fantastic blend of natural beauty, educational value, and serene environments. Whether you're a plant enthusiast or just looking for a peaceful escape, this garden is a gem worth visiting. I highly...

I recently had the pleasure of exploring the breathtaking garden, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! Nestled in the heart of nature, this garden offered a serene and immersive experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and connected to the beauty of the outdoors.

From the moment I stepped foot into the garden, I was greeted by a symphony of vibrant colors and intoxicating scents. The meticulously curated landscape showcased a diverse range of flora, from exotic flowers to towering trees, creating a harmonious tapestry that was a feast for the senses.

One of the highlights of my visit was the well-maintained pathways that meandered through various sections of the garden. Each path led to a new discovery, whether it was a charming little pond teeming with colorful fish or a hidden alcove adorned with delicate sculptures. The attention to detail and the seamless integration of nature and art truly elevated the...

One of my favorite spots in Stockholm. The botanic garden is quite small but it's really nice in all seasons and the view be the water is very pretty. The cafe, Gamla Orangeriet, is absolutely amazing. In winter you can enjoy a nice cup of tea in the greenhouse and in the summer you can sit outside under the umbrellas, eating a super tasty sallad, sandwich or one of their amazing cakes. The cafe is pretty expensive, but the atmosphere is amazing, staff super nice, and the food very tasty. It's worth the money considering the fact that the entry to the botanic garden is free. During the spring and summer time there is always a group of barnacle geese with their goslings to be seen around, not to mention other birds such as swans, canada geese or grebes. Great place for birdwatchers and plant...

Really lovely! I give a 4/5 because I thought 100kr for entrance to the greenhouse was a little too steep. I also thought that the car noise from the nearby roads killed part of the charm. We visited after a day at the museum of natural history, so it was a lovely change. I wasn’t impressed at the beginning, as it looked like the garden was very small. But I was very wrong! There’s plenty to explore, lots of beautiful areas and lovely plants. Mid April is probably a bit too early to visit, but we did enjoy spring flowers, tulips, some rhododendrons, cherry blossoms. I am used to the botanical garden in Lund with lots of plants concentrated in one area but here plants are much more spread. Perfect for a picnic. It was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon after some rain.
