So many slides! And a great view from the outside pools
We went on a national holiday sunday, 14:00 reservation. There were people but was very doable, also because of the new Corona rules. You can use a 15% promotional rabatt we found online (because of the new Jungle theme they nade for the inside, which is nice but nothing realky extra special). Alternatively, you can use Reka money (Swiss prople), meaning it’s a discount of it’s own.
Because of the Corona situation, you need to have the ticket bought online (or reserved online) before so the capacity is right. The Cirona also made it so that not all ways are open and you get lost a bit if you don’t already kniw the place. My companion said it is not lije this normally. I didn’t like much the stop signs and papers telling you which way or where not to go - their cheap look kind of destroyed the overall atmosphere.
The slides are very nice. I especially liked the King Cone one - I never saw something like that before, a slide with ‘rooms’ where you swing righleft... The Bob was very very bumpy but that’s part if the fun. The rides without inflatables were fun but I didn’t enjoy them as much since the points where the tubes are connected litlle bit hurt you. I was not the only obe feeling so-some people had scratched red backs... :-)
The wave pool is so much fun, mainly for the kids - waves happening at :00 and :30. You can truly see the smiles on their faces! The outside pools are also nice, mostly good for relaxing and chilling - and some fot the gorgeous view over the Zurichsee(Obersee) and the boats and islends on it… The one non-relaxing pool with the wild current didn’t somehow work for us - there were also times for different levels of current power, and for the 16:45 ‘strong’ one nothing happened, even if people were waiting there… So this attraction I couldn’t use.
It is not allowed to bring your own picnic and refreshhments there (even though we did have a little something in the locker room) - meaning a trip here will really cost you, if you take it that the adult entry is 44 francs, and the food and drinks will be around (or at least) 20 more per person… So it’s a really fun place, and with A LOT of slides (let’s be honest, you will come particularly for those), but it’s, by all...
Read moreI was there a couple of times and most of the times it was a pleasant experience. My last visit during a weekday, however, was less than perfect: The entire pool and slides area was very cold (apparently there was no heating). This is especially unpleasant if you have to wait in line at the water slides. In addition, at least 2 slides were closed but I wasn't informed about this when I paid for the tickets. In addition, there should have been a small price reduction if not all slides are open. The whole facility seems older and not well maintained. You can for example observe some pool mosaic tiles that have fallen out if you are at the outside pool areas. Inside, at the walls next to some slides you can see mold. It seems the owner has no interest in investing money in the proper maintenance of the facility. The restaurant is very small and very busy at lunch time with long waitign queues and usually no place to sit during rush hour. The food itself is rather of poor quality and expensive.
The slides themselves are fun, but the Cobra slide is probably a bit too much, at least for me: I get hurt every time I use it despite following all rules. My son hit his right ellbow in the jungle run slides and had a small wound with blood coming out (nothing serious but an indication that this slide can be...

This park is outdated and needs a good renovation. You can tell when going to the outside pools where tiles are cracked or missing and generally the cleanliness is a joke. Covid measures are a joke too- the signages on the floor and walls look like they were hastily put up at the beginning of the pandemic and are still there - seriously, by now you could have made some improvements there.
We were there last night and when we wanted to go to the wave pool, we were asked to leave because it was reserved for swimming lessons - my money is not worth the same here I guess ?
Then, they close the slides 2 hours (!) before closing time - again , why?
This is the highest entry price of all the baths we’ve been to, and the lowest quality. And even then, they dare to ask more money to enter the sauna/steam room area. (?!).
It was hard to find a person to talk to, and even had to leave the pool, to go to the reception to find a person who clearly was not trained to deal with customer complaints as the only thing she could do was smile and defend her points instead of acknowledging my concerns or get a colleague who would be able to deal with it.
Very disappointing experience overall and will for sure choose any of the other baths over this...
