I took a friend there to see the vintage car collection and we were happy with the visit except for the very rude staff member called Martine. I was telling my friend about how Anker used red in most of his paintings as told during my previous guided tour. Martine then said very loudly about me being too close to the painting which is impossible because of the barrier. They can easily get their surveillance cameras to see that I was no where near paintings. She then said very loudly in French to another customer that 'some people don't understand anything ' in French, referring to me. Now that I can no longer find my previous review also about her rudeness, I guess she remembers me. My friend's first thought was her being racist, but I sincerely hope not. It was such a shame that how a rude staff member can totally spoil an almost perfect experience. Honestly, she should not be...

Went to visit the museum to see the exhibition of the magnificent paintings from Joseph Turner. The paintings are impressive, but personally, i found they were presented a bit squeezed in the corridors. More justice would be done by having them more space generously displayed.

In the basement, the museum has a permanent exhibition of historic cars, some quite unique models of swiss manufacturers that can not be found anywhere else.

The museum has a nice outdoor park with a large variety of different trees that are all supported by a plate indicating their name. Further in the park there are interesting schulptures on display.

In a corner of the park is a small restaurant that offers good food for reasonable prices.

A good place to go to for a...

Terrible. For an Art foundation with this reputation, they could at least invest in renovating the space. The curating for Rodin & Giacometti is absolutely awful. How someone could ruin two of the most fantastic sculptors works is beyond me. The space is stuck in the 70's, the staff was odious, and the entrance fee is very expensive. On top of that, you only get a 2.- reduction for being a senior... On that same evening, a concert was going to take place, so all the chairs for it were left all around the exhibition... How can you do that? It is far from everything, show at least a bit of appreciation for people who travel for hours to come and see a show. I know I will not be going back, absolutely...
