MHNN — Attraction in Neuchâtel

It was my second visit at MHNN, this time the temporary exposition was about dinosaurs.

I visited the museum for free on a Wednesday afternoon.

I'd say the main focus were children, but still very entertaining. Unfortunately no translation to English.

Parts of the permanent exposition were closed, seemed to be that there was some damage to it.

I wish they had some prints available at the shop. There were some of the originals, but a bit too much for...

Nagyon érdekes múzeum az állatokról (főleg a madarakat és rovarokat mutatta be) valamint a Föld keletkezéséről. Interaktív múzeum, több madár hangját az ember meg is tudja hallgatni. A Föld keletkezését bemutató teremben mikroszkóppal kőzeteket is lehet vizsgálni, valamint több kisebb videó, játék is található a fiókokban. Neuchatel travel card-dal ingyen megtekinthető. Az egyetlen negatív dolog az angol leírások hiánya, bár ez a többi múzeumra is igaz.

The museum is really interesting and children friendly. It is mean that you can see the birds and you can hear the voice of them. In the part of the Earth arise you can use microscopes to see some mineral and there are some moovie and game on the dawers. With Neuchatel travel card you can visit the museum free. The only negative is not English describle here and the other...

A lovely small, but, excellently curated museum. Taking time to reality look at the exhibits is essential. Unfortunately, sure to the Covid-19 precautions done of the exhibits were shut, but, it gives us the opportunity to come back again...
