⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our ski instructor TIM exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, his professionalism shone through—he was always early, greeting us with a smile outside the ski locker, ready to kick off the day. Not only was he attentive and helpful (even offering to carry skis, his good manners and polished demeanour made it clear he takes immense pride in his role. He gave clear, concise instructions and had an uncanny ability to spot the tiniest details in my technique, offering precise corrections that made an immediate difference. The personalised feedback he provided helped us progress faster.

Beyond his expertise, what set him apart was his genuine warmth and approachable nature. He fostered an encouraging environment, making lessons feel effortless. But what truly impressed me was his integrity. He went above and beyond, sharing information about Peru (place he visited several times), including recommendations on where to stay and hidden gems to explore. Just back from an incredible trip to Saas-Fee, and I've got to give a huge shoutout to Ski Zenit and especially to Max, my snowboard instructor. The guy's a legend! I was a bit of a newbie to snowboarding and honestly, quite nervous. But Max changed all that. He's not just skilled; he's patient, super friendly, and knows exactly how to make you feel at ease.

Every session with Max was filled with laughs, great tips, and loads of encouragement. He's got this knack for breaking things down so they're super easy to understand. I was boarding down slopes I wouldn't have dreamed of trying on day one. And the views from the mountain? Unreal!

As a student you need 1 thing with a teacher and that is patience. Carl was me and my wife's teacher for snowboarding and not only was he patient, he was HAPPY! Happy to teach, always smiling, and of course an amazing teacher. When we showed up to our first lesson, there was some confusion as Carl thought we were there for skiing. Not only did he accept responsibility for the mistake, he came back a short time after and we started our lessons and made up for the extra time in the following lessons (which went by incredibly fast). We learnt everything necessary to keep us on our own, including taking a button lift. A standout was him running and staying with us when we were learning new techniques, regardless of how far he had to run.
