Yatou Splash — Attraction in Signy-Avenex

Accident waiting to happen. Windy day and the slides are poorly secured. Most slides are not secured at their bases nor at their top fixations.

Don't agree to response of the company and videos /photos are available to justify it.

More than 10 meters of slides not secured, then they placed water drums to secure a massive slide like this with thinner section of rope than what was originally installed by the manufacturer, once the wind gets hold of it, that drum will not hold it in place. the internet is full of videos of jumping castles blown away by the wind... an establishment like this should be aware and do the necessary to secure their slides, if they need to drill in the parking lot with chemical bolts to secure the slides, then so be it. but not do hap hazard fixation with water drums. or with many more water drums and fix all fixations or at least 1/2

These are children playing on this and it is on the top roof of a shopping mall, if that slide flies away I can assure you it will be be catastrophic.

One of the worst waterparks ever visited. Maybe during week days it could be ok but on weekend not at all. Public space for 10/15 families and all the other chasing a little shadow that did not exist. No threes, no showers, no swimming pool. Stagnant water that turns yellow in the games. Prohibited to bring food but the restaurant at 1:30 pm had already finished 2 out of 3 type of food (no pizza no hot dogs) when it should be open until 6:30 pm. Smart people please avoid such kind of place. We will never ever come back. Far below the standards of...

Je tiens à partager une expérience extrêmement désagréable vécue au Yato Splash à Genève le samedi 6 septembre 2025. J’étais invitée avec mes enfants à l’anniversaire d’une petite fille, et jusque-là tout se passait normalement. Lors du moment des photos, de nombreux parents et enfants ont pris des clichés, les ont imprimés, et cela a duré bien plus de 30 minutes, sans qu’aucun responsable ne soit présent pour expliquer que ces impressions étaient payantes. Absolument aucune indication visible ne le mentionnait.

Pourtant, alors que je faisais la même chose que tout le monde, le responsable est venu directement m’accuser, me parlant sur un ton humiliant et blessant. Devant mes enfants et d’autres adultes, il m’a fait passer pour une voleuse en affirmant que j’utilisais du matériel sans payer, avant de sortir une pancarte cachée derrière l’appareil photo pour se justifier. Cette scène m’a profondément marquée et m’a mise très mal à l’aise.

Le plus choquant est que tout cela aurait pu être évité si la personne m’avait simplement dit, avec respect : « Madame, peut-être que vous n’êtes pas au courant, souhaitez-vous les garder et les régler ? » Au lieu de cela, j’ai subi une humiliation publique totalement injuste, alors que tant d’autres personnes avaient fait exactement la même chose sans être inquiétées. Le ton employé par ce soit disant responsable est honteux.

Je connais en plus leurs tarifs, car un de mes enfants y a déjà fêté son anniversaire, et au vu du prix élevé, je trouve qu’un tel traitement est inadmissible. Une chose est sûre : je n’y retournerai pas et je ne recommande absolument...
