I walked into this restaurant around 3:00 pm on Jan 26, 2019 (Sat). I asked for a menu and was looking for vegetarian options. Then later I started talking to the bartender in English. He listened to me for a few seconds and all of a sudden ignores me, goes into the kitchen and starts serving some other customers at a table. I was shocked he did not say 'excuse me' or something, he just turned around when I was talking to him and he locked his eyes with mine! Wow, talk about customer service!! For identification purposes, the bartender was a short guy who looked like a latino, and was in a formal attire. When he did that, I simply put the menu back and quietly left the place. I suggest to avoid this restaurant because they treat you like they don't...

I came with a party of 6 on a Thursday evening. They were very kind and accommodating! The portions were huge and the food tasted fresh and authentic. The ceviche , the beef, and the chicharrones were all really good. My friend baked a cake for me for my birthday and they allowed us to eat it there. They even went above and beyond and put a candle and sparkler on the cake. They played music and made it a really great time for us. I would recommend coming and trying this place out for yourself....

The food is absolutely delicious! The balance of flavors is perfect, the food is perfectly cooked! The portions are very big, but you can take home the rest. Personnel does not speak English and they don't have an English version of menu, even though, they do their best to explain you the menu. The restaurant is also opened Sunday after 19:00, the prices are good. I feel like finding a treasure in Geneva! By sure I will come again and try more of their dishes. Also, the fresh fruit drinks...
