This area is maintained by Zermatt Bergbahnen (the cable car company) and has a couple of attractions around lake Sunnegga.

Water play area: a system of elevated water canals (made from wood) carrying water from the north hill to the lake. It has some small ponds, an Archimedes' screw, a water wheel and more fun features. At the top of the hill there is also a pavilion.

Playground: east to the water play there is a playground consistent of one big (mostly wooden) structure. I would say this is for older kids (ages 3-10). It has 2 slides, 1 sliding pole, 2 climbing walls, about 5-6 ladders (rope or metal), 2 bridges and 1 "suspension-stairs". In addition there is a very uncomfortable hammock and a small tractor made out of wood.

Raft: on the west side of the lake there is a small raft constrained to a line connecting the north and south banks. The raft can hold up to about 4 kids.

Wellness: there are some (8) wavy wooden benches that you can lay on and some (4) shade sails around the lake.

BBQ: there are 2 spots to grill. One is adjacent to the playground and the other is on the west bank. There are some picnic tables and trash cans next to it.

The whole area is fenced, so you'll notice when you are walking out of that area.

There are some other playground elements on the south bank outside of the Wolli Erlebnispark but they seemed in bad shape so I assume they are a remnant of something...

I am very saddened by this park. While it may be extremely beautiful, exciting, and thrilling to the average kiddo. I brought my dear friend who has cerebral palsy and autism. They were not as thrilled. I brought them, with the impression I was given, that the slides had stairs. The images that were displayed of the park are not accurate. There are sadly no stairs to any of the playground equipment. Which there used to be. Adding some stairs back to the equipment, or at least representing the lack of, to the public should’ve been easier to find. Just saddened that my friend did not get an equal experience to this playground. I’ve included an image that was widely represented as the playground. Why the choice to take out the stairs that were once there….. makes little...
