Masoala Halle — Attraction in Zurich

One of the best Zoo I ever went. It’s so big and you can see lots of interesting animals. It’s a really immersive experience as some places don’t have a fence so animals can come to you and stand by your side!

The Zoo has been split into different sections and each zone has been decorated in local characteristics where animals would habitat.

I went on weekday afternoon without purchasing ticket in advance and be able to enter straightaway.

Some animals only can be seen/open certain times, for example Koala is 10am. Some shows/feeds are also conducted certain time. So make sure you check the time if you want to see specific animals.

I visited Masoala Halle with my sister and my mom. We went during school holidays now and it had surprising few people. The staff at the zoo told us that before school holidays it was very packed with school classes. I also found it a great experience to walk on the "Baumwipfelpfad" a trail high up in the trees. Only effort needed is to climb up some stairs and the view is great.
