剛剛在貴店買一杯珍珠奶茶使用環保杯，結果店員沒給我放入珍珠，經過電話告知，店員提出我們回去加或是幫我們送珍珠來，因天氣炎熱就沒選擇在走路回去了。對於這次的消費表示不滿，你們人員的作業失誤造成消費者的不便，補送還是只有送（珍珠）來而已，我一開始喝不到珍珠還以為是吸管的問題，一直嘗試吸，吸到後面早喝的差不多了⋯⋯然後送來一杯珍珠…這要我怎麼喝？我以為正常會補我一杯完整的，希望店長可以看到這個留言並且改善...

剛去買了兩杯波霸紅茶拿鐵外帶，一位女性工作人員在沒有告知的情況下私自換成兩杯紅茶拿鐵，拿回去店家換的時候還理由一堆，一下說是珍珠還在煮一下又說珍珠是附帶的，沒珍珠就會自動作成紅茶拿鐵，你當消費者都是白痴嗎？花了時間與金錢拿到不是自己點的飲料會高興嗎？有問題做到起碼的告知很難嗎？拿飲料回去換還要看你們臉色，...

6/25晚上8點左右，在貴店點了無糖重焙拿鐵，可能做茶的人員糖水沒有瀝乾淨，無糖喝起來像半糖非常甜膩，只好加水稀釋甜度但味道都變了，同品項在其他分店買過沒有甜度太過的問題，還請店家在追求速度時也要注意細節，否則無糖變成有糖真的有點生氣。 PS.櫃檯服務人員態...
