Dream Mall/ Uni-president Dept. Store Kaohsiung — Attraction in Kaohsiung

This is my favorite mall in Kaohsiung. Other than luxurious and high end brands/products, they have so much more local and inexpensive stores as well. It has 8 floors, first 4 are for men and women apparel and accessories goods. Fifth floor is for babies and kids. There’s also arcade game and funzone on the same floor. Top three floors have cinema hall and restaurants. Food court is at level B1.

Within the mall they have different events and promotions going on. We got the promo for NT $300 back for every NT $3000 spent ($10 USD cashback on every $100 spent). There were local vendor shops in common areas of the mall.

The commute is easy to the mall. There’s light rail and MTR train stations directly connected to it. It easily takes 2-3 hours to go through the whole mall floor by floor just to look around and...

Plenty to see like in any other large scale shopping malls. There is a huge food court presumably large when compared to others found in the city. Expect a large crowd here, when we were here it was a weekend so it was crowded.

For comparing purposes we found certain items are cheaper here. We also found most of these items are daily use items like clothing, foot wares, sport's attire and edibles.

One thing for sure is the large food court here and the number of different varieties worth mentioning. Prices are local standard rates.

It was indeed a good experience for foreigners like me to enjoy the fun of shopping here. If you happens to be in the city do drop by and get hitched up with the vibrant experience to shop like the locals.

With so many things to see and do here, u will need at least half a day to just recce the things the shops in fld malll, sell. From a cinema, to sports shops and to many other variety of items..

This is surely one of the best places to go to and cool ulrslf down away from the heat outside. We are pretty sure the locals know bout some hacks, but not to some foreigners who wana venture to this place.

Motorcycle parking is free and there are lots of spaces to park. I would recommend locking your bike, koz anything can happen if u slip your mind. Cars are chargeable tho..eheheheh, duno exactly how much but u can check thru d website la eh..hehe..

Nway there are lots of floors to go to.. So wear comfy walking shoes or even trekking shoes..
