Wumiao Market — Attraction in Kaohsiung

Really cool market with very limited open times. Approximately 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Some places open as really as non for lunch, and stay later than 6 but not most. While it is open great selection of seafood and meats to cook at home as well...

It's a wet yet not smelly market with a great varieties of fresh fruits, vegetable, meat, seafood, and cooked items inter-mixed. Visited mainly by locals, but it's an eye opener for us who see only structuredly grouped...

Very local, very fresh large assortment food. I do not have a kitchen in my hotel, otherwise I would cook food from ingredients from this covered market! Great assortment...
