這個公園是附近施工中的8大公園其中之一，本身是一個滯洪池，而且外圍許多部分有一半在施工中，編號五-2。

地點剛好在都市開發中區域，附近的土地許多都是空地待售，部分區域已啟用，這邊的路燈設計非常特別，類似於大肚的藍色公路，晚上從公園望向路面，非常漂亮。

公園設計的型態有點類似濕地，作為滯洪用途之外還兼具維持生態、綠化、供附近民眾休閒之用。

公園下方就是一個濕地型的生態池，兩旁有植被草皮、種樹，正上方則是一個可以讓民眾順著生態池中央從空中橫跨公園的空中步道，一直延伸到下一個滯洪池，非常特別的設計。

沒有運動設施，也沒有可以讓小朋友玩的地方；不過有一個弧形斜坡順著往下走到濕地邊，旁邊靠路面這一面有設計類似觀眾席可以讓民眾散步累了坐著休息一下的區域，兩旁樓梯順著往...

跑步或騎車經過可以稍做休息，旁邊有單槓和小朋友的搖搖馬，老人的划步器可以活動活動，没有遮陰的點，要找樹下休息，...
