助理態度跟服務都非常好，洗頭很輕柔很舒服，會幫客人做頭皮檢測，並推介適合的保養頭皮產品。 設計師和客人溝通造型上沒有問題，剪出來和預想的差不多，速度也算快，態度親和。 但最後修頸部頭髮時不知道為什麼非常痛，當下反應設計師說沒有受傷，事後回家自己拍照才發現頸部皮膚明顯紅腫，上網搜尋可能原因，歸納可能是電剪刀片鈍掉，鈍的刀片刺激皮膚紅腫發炎，或是下刀太重所致。到現在皮膚還在痛，非常不舒服的體驗，導致星數被扣掉了，滿可惜。

回覆更： 當時的時空背景女設計師是tina，目測大約35以上左右(若稱阿姨不夠委婉已修稱大姐)，當然店內也有其他20左右設計師，像20歲索隆弟弟就態度十分認真。 給一位女設計師大姐剪髮，一開始問了剪多短、要不要剪層次兩個問題後，就沒有後續討論了，原本以為會與顧客討論造型設計及整理習慣之類等，不過沒討論那也沒關係，後續的對話才真正令人傻眼，如下： 顧客告知初想的長度修剪後，經檢視提出希望再剪更短些，設計師竟回：那你一開始幹嘛不說剪到這裡就好。 （（咦！？我有聽錯嗎？是在哈嘍？髮長這種本來就要再討論，並搭配剪後樣貌做調整，雖剪髮途中粗魯K到顧客，那就算了，而後續態度及剪髮感覺也沒有很細心，再搭配這樣的回問真的要確耶）） 剪瀏海初步檢視後，顧客提出再剪短一點點，設計師竟回：你怎麼不自己剪？ （（咦again！？我要是會自己剪瀏海，幹嘛來這裡找氣，太奇葩啦這位大姐）） 顧客表示髮尾一刀剪...
