在永吉國中的對面，永吉路225巷與松隆路交叉口，但不在復興北路、五常街，哈哈！那邊有個五常街、也有五常國中、國小，卻沒有五常公園。 這座公園屬中型公園，呈三角型狀，由於沒找到「身份證」，搞不清楚有多大，估計應有3000平方米，設立於民國74年5月，算算至今剛好40歲了，以該公園的規模，以及茂盛的樹林草葉，就像一個事業有成的中年人，尤其其中不少老樹穿插其間，更增添了這座公園的成熟氣質。 公園裏除了運動設施、兒童遊樂設施，還有有條繞園標了距離的跑道，這大概是台北社區公 園中獨有的設計，顯見管理者的用心，值得推崇。此外，公園內還設有公廁，打掃的什份清潔。
