Small night market, but still offered plenty of choices for food and drinks. Nothing fanciful or mind-blowing, but not a touristy place for sure and not overcrowded like the famous ones in Taipei. Just a night market tailored to the locals.
I didn't have a problem with having to coexist with the traffic, because the drivers and riders were patient and kept safe distance from the pedestrians, at least from what I saw. No excessive honking out of frustration, just honking for warning and safety.
Wouldn't travel there specifically for it, but if you're in the area and craving for some night market food, most of the stalls are open...
