Great burger!!!! I had the double cheeseburger. Good crispy fries, fresh veggies, juicy beef.

Also, I know this is a small thing, but they give you the whole ketchup bottle at the table. Most places in Taiwan ration ketchup in little packets. LET THE KETCHUP FLOW!!!!

Also, this place has a fun atmosphere. Cool old nostalgia items...

坦白說, 一訪時就覺得服務上有些問題.... 一訪時, 我們一行五人, 店家的安排, 不是六人座, 而是先去想到可能會有其它客人進來, 所以要我們去坐四人座再加張椅子, 這個思維對消費者來說真的很怪!

吃過無數間餐廳, 通常會有這樣的要求, 大多數是因為店內客滿, 只剩一張四人桌, 店家說只剩一張四人桌, 問客人介不介意擠一擠.... 但是一訪和二訪時, 我們都是第一組客人....

二訪時, 我們一樣一行五人, 店家還是做一樣的要求, 要求我們坐四人桌加張椅子, 我們說上次我們來是坐這個位子, 希望換個位子坐, 服務員說我們可以去坐八人高腳桌, 不過因為同行女生穿短裙, 所以不方便。

後來我們問, 是否可以拆開坐彈珠台, 店家又是一樣的思維, 先預想到之後可能會有二人一組的客人... 所以堅持那幾個彈珠台不能坐...

如果今天是彈珠台的座位都有客人預約了, 我完全可以理解, 但是直至當天用餐完畢, 似乎沒有看到有預約坐那些座位的客人呀。

再問, 如果店家說是給二人的客人坐的, 我們五個人走出去, 再二個人, 二個人, 一個人進來, 是不是就有"權利"坐彈珠台了?

說到在備餐時, 不方便讓客人先進門我能理解, 但是站在店門口等待還出來趕人真的蠻讓人心情不愉悅的... 試問 7-11 在進貨時, 有要求客人不能站門口嗎? 我們在門口等時, 若看到有人進貨, 不會閃開嗎?

今天我問了當天一行用餐的每一個人, 每個人都說, food is good, service is suck. 我又問下次還要再來嗎? 每個人都說 no more. 如果店家真的認為只要餐點好吃, 服務內容不重要的話.... 我相信貴店絕對很難培養一票忠實顧客, 也很難讓消費過的客人回籠,...
