服務人員整個很緊張我沒錢付

兒子就是摸了一下外面泳池裡的魚 馬上就放回去了 還沒搞清楚狀況馬上被提醒說這邊要付錢才能進來玩 那能請妳們圍牆圍好可以嗎？ 100cm的小朋友簡簡單單就走過去了

還有打電話詢問的時候不說清楚價位設定及使用時間

害我一邊要問要仔細聽規則還要抓著我兒子 避免短頭髮的女生服務員又緊張的大聲提醒

請告訴我多少錢就好，不講又要推銷什麼襪子 我們大人小孩都有穿襪子又不是沒穿 為什麼還要買襪子？

冷氣開的也不強，在裡面不要說孩子 大人坐在那也會流汗

真的要不是中原店暫停營業，我也不會來這邊

不尋求妳們能理解領有手冊的孩子 但是可以不要這麼故意增加家長的壓力嗎？ 因兒子語言理解能力非常弱 所以才會事先打電話來詢問規則及價錢 避免在櫃檯待的太久引發兒子失控

結果接電話的不講清楚 現場人員又喜歡大聲提醒 小聲解釋 孩子在哭的時候我真的聽不到妳在講什麼推銷話術 我只知道妳很怕我沒錢付 短頭髮的女生工作人員，想請問是多怕？ 怕到要大聲提醒？

二次更新， 回覆的官方又避重就輕， 每篇投訴態度方面的評論都是經了解並無這個意思若讓您誤會深感抱歉，

評論中的外面圍欄問題跟員工直接大喊那邊要付錢才能玩還有冷氣根本不涼以及活動解釋的小聲又要推銷隻字不提 沒有要處理問題就不用硬要回覆 真懷疑回覆評論...

室內景點不怕日曬雨淋 爸媽顧小孩也比較放心 裡面還有投幣式按摩椅 讓爸媽休息♡ 這點非常貼心♡♡♡

維妮一進去就瘋了！ 像脫韁野馬一樣! 媽咪呼喚好久才能回神😅

維妮先在裡面每個設施 都先玩一遍！ #旋轉椰子樹 #仿真超市 #魔法氣球屋 #扮家家酒 #角色扮演 #溜滑梯球池

最後他超愛魔法氣球屋！ 可以重複玩好幾次！ 跳跳床也好愛❤️ 球池也是她心心念念的！ 離開時店員還送他造型氣球🎈 讓她心花怒放🥰
