我是在莊敬店的Coco裝設網路點餐的line，當時店員就主動告訴我：用網路下單會比較多優惠活動。我不太會用QRCODE，莊敬店的店員就二話不說，直接幫我設定，全程也很溫柔，有耐心，一步步教我如何索取優惠券，如何操作點餐。 所以我要買Coco時就一定到莊敬店。 去的時間不一樣，店員也不同，但即使是晚班(大家應該都累了)，很年輕的小姐幫我點餐，也都很客氣，還好心地跟我解釋，買一送一的活動，只要是活動期間，不論網路點或是到現場點，都可以享優惠。 我有時候也會帶環保杯去買飲料，莊敬店的店員們都很隨和，不會嫌棄我麻煩，或是刁難我，次次都有折五元，讓我因這個小確幸而歡喜。 在Line上也會看到有些人不會操作，就直接在活動網站上下單，莊敬店的工作人員非常專業，都很快地發現他們的留言，與他們聯絡，對談非常有禮貌地完成訂單。 Coco莊...

我點去冰 然後我看飲料裡面有冰塊(好幾塊大塊的) 詢問了一下為何點去冰裡面會有冰塊 然後店員感覺有點惱羞成怒的說，她還沒好，叫我不要急 我心想：你封膜都封好了，是要怎樣還沒好? 然後她做完我的另一杯後，就把第一杯拿去把冰塊倒掉，重新弄好給我 臨走前，她又特別強調了一次，"下次可以不用這麼急" 我就覺得....明明就你自己做錯，跟我道歉一下很難嗎.... 臨走前還要給我來那麼一句 平常我都在這裡買，服務我也覺得還不錯，只是要提醒你一下 做錯就承認，道歉一下改正就...
