Namchow Taoyuan Tourism Factory — Attraction in Taoyuan City

Namchow is known for it’s all natural soap and cleaning detergents. You get a guided tour to learn about Namchow’s history and other related businesses especially it’s dairy products. A short visit within the factory and its equipments. Namchow also has a close relationship with its Thailand subsidiary so you also get to see all the Thai artefacts.

The tour takes about 1 hour. So it’s very short.

After the tour you then realise the bigger attraction here is actually the restaurants. There is a Thai restaurant, Ramen place which also serves beer and light snacks and there is this excellent Asian restaurant 點水樓 within the premises. Plus there is a fun DIY sugar-coated ice cream toast which kids will absolutely love.

This place is clean, spacious, has parking and ok for kids and elderly. If you are here for a tour of Namchow, you may be disappointed. Rather be here to dine instead. Also, please try the DIY...

The Chinese cusine here is really delicious, but is quite expensive for a meal. The steam food here are made and cook directly in front of the customer through the transparency glass, so the process is clear and safety. I will recommand the salted egg desert, it is tasty...

今天正值2024年春節大年初一，我們事先預約租『中租租車』的車子，上午我們過8:40就出門，這部分是第二部分『南僑桃園觀光體驗工廠』：我們上路前往今天春遊位於桃園市龜山區興邦路的『南僑桃園觀光體驗工廠』參觀。 南僑公司是很久以前菲律賓華僑『陳榮恭』回國創辦的，因此才取名『南僑』，後來傳給『陳飛龍』等第二代經營，這間『南橋桃園觀光體驗工廠』占地非常寬廣，我們進去停好車子，並由導覽人員帶領我們參觀、說明。『觀光體驗工廠』內部包括好幾座館，我們首先到看到創辦人『陳榮恭』的銅像，進入『榮恭館』參觀，裡面很多紀念創辦人『陳榮恭』的物品及擺設。『南僑』公司過去我的印象就是『南僑水晶肥皂』，不過近幾十年已逐漸拓展到『食品業』、『餐飲業』、『清潔用品業』、『油脂業』…等，並在全球各國取得共347張國際認證，確屬不易，其中『食品業』包括我們較熟悉的『小廚師』、『杜老爺』、『哈根達斯』…等等有名的品牌食品都與『南僑公司』有關。接著我們參觀了外部擺置的一部捲揚機，據說是創辦人『陳榮恭』一開始回國創設『採礦公司』時所用。接著我們參觀『油脂工廠』的油脂製作、包裝作業工廠，『水晶肥皂體驗室』並實際做打印體驗，然後參觀並參拜一座泰國的四面佛；不過很可惜另一座『點水樓』餐廳今天沒開門營業。最後我們參觀『寶萊納啤酒、豬腳、肉腸、披薩餐廳』並買了幾樣特殊的麵包等，聽說這...
