Wattana Wattanapun explores textiles, hand made paper, oil paint, and acrylic paint, all while while traveling the world, resulting in an amazing collection of find art rooted in tradition, yet flowering into an invitation to consider the contemporary world around you. Sure, it's a hundred thb, but I think it's worth it. It is set back in a neighborhood, which gives it a private feel. The art presented here represents a large part of this man's story and how he has navigated through his life - and he is generous enough with his time to share it with you! There’s something for everyone in Mr. Wattana’s gallery - stunning textile paintings, metal etchings, portraits, impressions of European cities, striking ink drawings, mixed media, and so many different beautiful pieces.
