Sirinat National Park Protection Unit (Hat Layan) — Attraction in Choeng Thale

We came back after two years ago and the park is still lovely and quiet with the most glittery sand, a gentle slope into the bath like sea, which is so clear you can sea your feet, fish and crabs when you are shoulder deep. The ladies that run the restaurant and small shop are always nice and polite. We loved spending a day here. The only thing spoiling it this year was the jet skies that kept going past, I think they are hired from the main bangtao beach at the other end of the bay, but don't let this put you off visiting, we will definitely return...

Beautiful quiet and peaceful beach, not many people know how to go there so it’s quite private. Had a nice swim and a nice walk along the beach to the small island.

We came in June so the waves were pretty strong, not many people were swimming.

Be wary of sharp rocks in the water, my brother got a cut in his foot.

Free parking. Only downside is there are no showers...

Calm and lovely beautiful beach. Not many tourists in the morning and noon. Getting a bit dense close to the evening tho as sunset. This really is dream sun bathing beach. There are a couple of restaurants nearby where you can grab some food if you’re hungry. Many parking spaces for cars and motorcycles. Also a public toilet...
