Visited 合艾慈善寺 (Wat Chue Chang) during my trip to Hatyai, and it turned out to be a memorable experience. This is a very unique Chinese temple that stands out for its architecture and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal place for both visitors and devotees who wish to spend some quiet moments in prayer and reflection.
The staff here are friendly and helpful, always willing to guide or provide assistance if you have questions about the temple or its facilities. Their welcoming nature adds to the overall positive impression of this spiritual site.
The environment is very comfortable, peaceful, and clean, creating a calming space for praying and meditation. Even though the temple is currently undergoing renovation and expansion, it does not disturb the visitors. Instead, it is quite inspiring to see how the temple is continuing to grow, with more Buddhas and structures being added, showing the dedication and vision of the community supporting it.
One of the most fascinating features of Wat Chue Chang is its walls built with mosaic designs, which give the temple a distinctive charm compared to other temples in Hatyai. The colorful and detailed work adds beauty and uniqueness to the overall structure, making it a wonderful spot not just for praying but also for appreciating cultural and artistic craftsmanship.
Another highlight is the impressive view from the top of the temple. After climbing up, you are rewarded with a beautiful panorama of Hatyai city and its surroundings. It’s a great spot to pause, take photos, and soak in the tranquil atmosphere while enjoying the scenery.
The temple is also accessible with no entrance fee, which makes it an open and welcoming place for everyone, whether you come for spiritual reasons or simply to admire its design and views.
Overall, Wat Chue Chang is a special temple worth visiting in Hatyai. Its unique mosaic walls, peaceful atmosphere, ongoing expansion, and scenic view from the top all make it a rewarding stop for both tourists...
