On our holiday trip we decided to stop by and visited this amazing bouldering gym. The crew member we talked with at the check-in was very nice and we especially appreciated the little competence check after first time registration. The layout of the gym was really well structured so you had enough space to walk around freely without being too close to climbers on the wall. The route setting had a big variety of styles and well kept clean holds. Very good climbing flow. The big fan at the ceiling provided a very nice temperature even on hot summer days. The 25 comp boulders (2nd round of summer league 2025) were a lot of fun. You will find everything for both beginners and also advanced climbers (up to 8b+/V14 when we visited the gym). All in all we really recommend this gym and are looking forward to our next visit. Best regards, Ben and Jan from Munich

Visiting down from London and they make it really easy for you to be able to do a one-off climb. The team are really friendly and helpful (especially as I was trying to find the right shoe size for the hire shoes and causing a nuisance) The walls themselves are like nothing I’ve seen, I love the top out opportunity with the slide and the structure of the problems. If I was to mark it slightly down it would be the clarity on all the problems start and end and the rough grading, other then that it was pretty easy and simple. An interesting venue but a lot of space and decent enough facilities. Would happily come back here when in the area.

2 of our sons (age 19 and 15) have had a couple of visits to the Project Climbing Centre in Poole over the summer holidays. The eldest did a safety induction course, and then was able to climb whilst supervising the 15-yo. They both really enjoyed the Bouldering experience, and are keen to improve and progress. Paid as visitors each time, which is reasonably priced, but will take up memberships if decide to take this on as a proper hobby.

Decided to visit with my partner as we were down visiting family for the weekend. At first we were looking forward to it because there are some unique features here that aren't in our local gym such as the top-out wall. However, we felt let down by the atmosphere and lack of organisation of the routes.

There were no staff in the hall supervising which meant there were a LOT of unsafe practices. Children were running around under climbs people were doing, and parents were walking around on...

I do not recommend to have a deal with this troubled company. There is absolutely no respect and care for their clients. Starting with the website clearly designed by an incompetent person, ending with the lack of the space where you can comfortably change your clothes for yoga! You won’t even have the space to sit down to comfortably change your shoes. All you have at your disposal is a cold and dirty floor where there are pieces of ground fell off someone’s shoes right in front of...

For me, the project meets my expectations in every way. As a casual but regular climber, I appreciate the regular resets and varying difficulty of the climbs, as well as the various events they host there, like the annual UV Halloween party. The community is helpful to newbies and friendly to more advanced climbers, and I make the commute from Winton, Bournemouth, often by bike, to be a part of it.

The cafe serves high quality hot and cold food to climbers and non-climbers alike and while...
