Kaspa’s Desserts — Restaurant in England

we finally received the order 25 minutes late it was cold the icecream was melting and the cheesecake was missing,

After ringing 4 times to finally get through I explained the situation to the lady on the phone she told me there was nothing they could do and told me to contact just eat for a refund, I refused this offer as I wanted the item I had paid for and not a refund, she told me there was nothing we can do and hung up! I called back again to be answered by the same girl saying hi, I replied hello is t she replied yes I thought it was you, I replied and said why did u hang up and she said I didn’t mean to, no apology nothing!! I asked to speak to a manager and she told me apparently they are on the telephone, I waited 10 minutes on the line to be hung up on again, 4 calls later the same girl picked up saying my managers still on the phone, I told her I would wait again, a few minutes later the ‘’manager’ Gumising (he told me his name was) said hi what’s the issue, I started by asking for his name and the girls names who I was just talking to he responded and told me he didn’t understand, I repeated myself several times and said could I take her name the girl I was speaking to yet again he continued to say to me I don’t understand, so I said leave it let me explain my concerns, as I went to explain he would not let me talk and kept interrupting me! I asked him if he was going to listen to my complaint but he refused and said I’m not interested!!! I replied a very angry comment and said why are u on the phone as a manager If u cannot understand bloody English!!!!

I honestly in my 35 years of living ever ever rang a company and received such shocking attitude on the telephone!! The way the manager just spoke to me is actually horrendous!! Luckily I have all phone calls recorded!

My sons and nephews often cycle here on their bikes to get a little treat and the guys who work there are absolutely amazing to them. The kids are very polite and lovely kids but often aren’t treated well on face value when they go places without me(sometimes even with me) they are a group of 4 sometimes 5 if they have a buddy with them. They always come home saying how nice the guys who work at Kaspas are and that they always make them feel really welcome. As a parent it’s lovely to hear that they are treated well and with kindness and understanding when I’m not there.

We went in today for a birthday treat for my son and he was keen we leave a review to say how “amazing they are and so so nice and their cakes are the best “ They are really great at customer service and also the amazing desserts are a 10/10. The chocolate fudge cake slices are massive and the Oreo milkshake and crepes are firm favourite. Highly recommend this branch and hope they see this and know they made my sons day...

Visited the restaurant on 10th March. Yes, Mother’s Day. We ordered our food all together as a group of 5. 1 meal arrived 20 minutes before the rest. 1 person had finished their meal before everyone else’s food even came out. When the first crepe arrived we had to wait for a knife and fork for over 10 mins. The crepe came with ice cream instead of cream as ordered, so by the time cutlery arrived the ice cream had melted. The rest of the meals arrived a long while after. 15 minutes after the meals were served, we had to ask again for cutlery. We went to grab the cutlery ourselves however we were told there is no one left. Staff were rude and could barely speak English.
