KFC — Restaurant in England

One of the best KFC branches in the area. Food is always hot and prepared quickly.

The only thing letting it down a little bit is there are always too many people waiting to use the downstairs seating rather than just go upstairs which can be a little frustrating if you physically can't use the upstairs seating (pushchair with you or a wheelchair user for example) but other people's laziness isn't really the fault of the business.

Convenient for a quick lunch when shopping in the Dolphin Centre, seeing as McDonald's and Burger King have now disappeared from Poole High Street and the hygiene levels in the nearby Subway branch are questionable at best, and cheaper than visiting the nearby Wetherspoons.

Plenty of choice for adults and kids, and healthier choice and vegetarian/vegan options.

This also has a more family friendly atmosphere for those with kids than the local Wetherspoons where daytime drinkers seem to think you're putting them out by daring to eat in there with your family and Subway where you're likely to get ignored by the teenagers on the till trying to pull the young girls they are serving.

Good food but the staff like to play a game called ignore the customer waiting for 15 mins at the counter trying to catch their attention. Masterfully ignoring any eye contact, and as its loud they will not hear you. The ordering and payment system is exclusively on the terminals by the door, however if you want to pay with cash it tells you to go to the counter, the monitors do not display your order being prepared until you pay, however the staff do not appear to be notified there is an order pending payment of cash and therefore i can only assume they ignore anyone at the counter as no orders are taken at the counter. Sadly i had to talk to someone with their back turned to me, and they thought i was being rude which maybe to be fair it sounded like it, only because how can you get someones attention in a loud environment without speaking slightly louder. Dirty af to the point where it should be investigated floor has food all over and wet spills that could cause injuries and compensation the bins are overflowing on to the floor the staff are depressed and too young to care my chicken bites were concrete rock hard the staff aren’t paid enough or trained enough for them to have this level of responsibility head office of kfc don’t care as long as they are making profit the food trays probably have E. coli they are so dirty the floors have engrained dirt and tables I don’t blame the staff I blame the manager who is not there they get paid enough to rectify this but they too obviously don’t care I use a lot of kfc around the uk and this one is the WORST FOR BEING FILTHY I dread to think what the...
